Threats of American Civil War get louder
October 20, 2012. Could it happen, again I mean? The fact that it’s happened once before already in our short national history suggests the idea of a second American civil war is a very real possibility. And if one compares history, the rhetoric coming from our political leaders, and the unprecedented political divisiveness in America today, it’s starting to look a lot like 1930 Germany or 1860 America.
